ThetaHealing with Shahd

The aim was never to know more, but to practise with deeper awareness.

A path that began with ThetaHealing in 2018 and continued through years of study, training, and practice — adding depth to Shahd’s listening, her reading of patterns, and her way of holding a space that respects each person’s experience and limits.

A certificate documents what was learned. Practice shows in the way the space is made.

For Shahd, going deeper into ThetaHealing was never about collecting levels. It was a way of understanding people more widely, and meeting each experience without ready answers or a single template imposed on everyone.

From knowledge to practice

What does that mean in practice?

  1. 01

    Deeper listening

The experience does not begin with a quick answer, but with understanding what a person is living, what repeats inside them, and what may need to be seen more clearly.

  2. 02

    A non-judgmental space

No one is asked to be in a certain state, or to move past their feelings or experience. Their stage, pace, and limits are respected.

  3. 03

    Responsible practice

Knowledge is not used to make promises or diagnoses, but to build a more conscious experience — with clear limits on what a session or workshop can offer.

One tool inside a wider method

ThetaHealing is part of Shahd’s professional path, but it is not the whole identity of her work. Her study and practice feed into wider experiences centred on awareness, reconnecting with the self, and understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings, choices, and reality.

  1. 01

    What the technique adds

Tools for listening, and a non-judgemental space that helps approach beliefs and repeating patterns calmly.

  2. 02

How it differs from Shahd’s own programs

Shahd’s programs are meditative paths of her own design that move through stages, while ThetaHealing is a certified technique with its own curriculum and levels.

  3. 03

    Where the two meet

They meet in awareness: understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and choices, then returning to conscious choice.

Knowledge becomes practice when each person’s stage is respected.

Conscious practice also knows its limits

ThetaHealing and the services offered on this site are not medical or psychological treatment, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a licensed doctor or specialist. Sessions and workshops make no promise of specific results, and what each person experiences differs with their own circumstances.

The depth of a practice shows not in the number of levels, but in how a person is respected inside the experience.
