Decision guide
Before you choose your experience, let the questions clear the way.
Clear answers about programs, sessions, membership, retreats, ThetaHealing, booking, and policies — so you know what suits your stage and what to expect before joining.
Not sure which experience fits you?
Choosing a path
Start with the Start Here page: it asks about your current stage and points to the closest experience. Most first-timers find the Connection to Self series a clear entry point.
Find your pathThe difference is space and pace: workshops are group work with a sequence, a private session is one-to-one space, membership is an extended path across the year, and a retreat is immersive.
Explore the experiencesIf you want a general understanding and tools you can practise, begin with a workshop. If you have a specific topic to work on in private space, a one-to-one session fits better.
About private sessionsYes. Send your question through the contact form or WhatsApp and we will point you to the page or experience closest to your stage, with no obligation.

Workshops are delivered mainly in Arabic, with English terminology where needed. The language of each workshop is stated on its page.
Some workshops run online and others in person. The format of each one appears on its page when registration opens.
Explore available workshopsIt depends on the workshop; some sessions are interactive and are not recorded, to protect participants’ privacy. The recording policy is stated for each workshop at registration.
The Connection to Self series is built as consecutive stages, so starting from the first is recommended. Standalone workshops can be attended without a set order unless a prerequisite is stated.
Explore Connection to SelfThe work is open to everyone unless a workshop is dedicated to a specific group, which is stated clearly on its page.
Dates and prices are published on each workshop page as soon as they are confirmed, and not before. You can also ask to be notified when registration opens.
Explore available workshopsPrivate sessions
A workshop is group work with defined content that moves with the group. A session is individual space that moves with your topic and your pace.
About private sessionsA session begins with listening and understanding what you are living, moves to what repeats or needs clarity, and ends with a calm summary of what you might notice afterwards.
Shared once your application is confirmed. A live one-to-one session, online.
Session detailsNo. Sending a request is a first step that is reviewed; a slot is only confirmed after we contact you and confirm it in writing.
Limited slots, Sunday to Thursday. After your application is reviewed, by email or WhatsApp.
Book a callA session is space for awareness, reflection, and personal growth. It offers no diagnosis, no medical or psychological treatment, and no promise of specific results.
Annual membership
A session works on one topic at one point in time. Membership is an extended path across the year, allowing longer follow-through and cumulative work.
Apply for membershipIt suits people who have already tried the work and want continuity and follow-up space, rather than a first introductory experience.
Because places are limited, and the path works better with a group that is close in readiness and commitment.
Apply for membershipYour form is reviewed, then we contact you by email or WhatsApp with the next step — a short call or the joining details.
No. Applying does not mean automatic acceptance, and another path may be suggested if it suits your current stage better.
ThetaHealing
A training system focused on noticing repeated thoughts and beliefs and understanding their relationship to choices, within a reflective, conscious space.
More about the approachShahd draws on her study and practice of it as one tool inside a wider method built on meditation and awareness — not as the whole identity of her work.
From knowledge to practiceShahd’s transformational programs are her own design and are not official ThetaHealing curricula. Certified ThetaHealing workshops are named clearly with their level.
Shahd has completed multiple levels within the ThetaHealing system since 2018; they are documented in the credentials archive.
View Shahd’s credentialsNo. ThetaHealing is not medical or psychological treatment or diagnosis, and does not replace care from a licensed professional.

Retreat detailsInclusions are published on the retreat page once confirmed. Operational details are published on the experience page only once confirmed.
